This fellowship is an incredible opportunity for graduate students looking for a direct way to make a difference and to kick-start their careers! Our primary audience for this webinar is potential student applicants, but we welcome academic advisors and university grant officers interested in learning more about the program to join us as well. There will be a short presentation and plenty of time for Q&A. We’ll discuss expectations of the fellowship, provide helpful information and guidance about the application process, and address any additional questions you may have.

The Davidson Fellowship is a joint effort of NOAA, the National Estuarine Research Reserve System, and local university partners. The focus is on the coastal environment and applied science. Fellows will work with a mentor, fellow scientists, and local communities as they undertake research designed to address coastal challenges.
