In this second of a series on climate change and historic preservation for New Jersey, Mr. Clark and Ms. Hawkins will address New Jersey’s flood types, the National Flood Insurance Program, Flood Insurance Rate Maps, the increasing threat of flooding, and historic preservation as part of the Emergency Management Cycle. This session will include practical guidance for local communities to improve their flood resilience and protect their historic character.
