This webinar features Camille Crain, Section Chief for FEMA’s Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) program. Camille will discuss the design and implementation of this new pre-disaster mitigation program that will take effect in fall 2020. BRIC, authorized by the Disaster Recovery Reform Act of 2018, provides FEMA with a steady stream of funding year-to-year for pre-disaster hazard mitigation projects, and a unique and exciting opportunity to shift toward proactive investment in community resilience.
