Southern Texas, from I-10 to the Rio Grande, has been in drought conditions since mid-2019. This webinar, the second in a series on the drought in Southern Texas, will provide a drought and weather outlook for the region. John Nielsen-Gammon, the Texas State Climatologist, and Victor Murphy from the National Weather Service will provide information about current conditions, the short-range weather forecast, and the long-range climate outlook.
