Join Brian Kempf, an Edward J. Bloustein School alumnus, for a discussion on resilience planning, floodplain management (at both the statewide and national level), and career opportunities in these fields. Lunch will be provided after the talk. About the speaker: Brian is principal of Sea Change Planning Services, LLC where he supports planning, Community Rating System, and grant work in coastal communities. He is also the secretary and legislative chair for the NJ Association for Floodplain Management.
