Hsiang, a past postdoctoral research fellow in Princeton's Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, will discuss recent policy efforts to manage the climate like a capital asset by measuring the costs and benefits of climate — including hurricanes, weather variations and volcanic eruptions — on society.
