Last year the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) provided guidance to companies on disclosing climate-related information through their existing reporting processes to investors. While many companies have begun implementing the recommendations in their disclosures, the TCFD highlighted the need for continued efforts to support implementation of the recommendations in a recent 2018 Status Report. This webinar will review frameworks developed by the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) and the Climate Disclosure Standards Board (CDSB) that enable implementation the TCFD recommendations in a manner that is cost-effective for companies and decision-useful for investors.
