Wednesday, September 14, 2016. 1:00 PM. Webinar: Launch of the Green Infrastructure Toolkit. Jeff Seltzer, District of Columbia; Jennifer Lawson, City of Ann Arbor. Sponsored by Georgetown Climate Center. More information here.

On September 14, the Georgetown Climate Center will release an interactive toolkit that will help practitioners quickly find green infrastructure information, along with up-to-date, real-world examples. Be the first to check out this new resource informed by extensive engagement with communities across the U.S.!

The online toolkit collects and analyzes innovative ways for local governments to incorporate green infrastructure strategies into their work to better manage stormwater and localized flooding from heavy rainfall. The tool is also integrated with the Georgetown Climate Center's Adaptation Clearinghouse to identify some of the best examples available, whether you are just getting started, scaling up, or determining how to pay for green infrastructure or working to ensure that local policies are integrated with climate equity and environmental justice efforts in the community.
