Brian Caycho is an undergraduate student at the School of Environmental and Biological Sciences majoring in Environmental Policy, Institutions and Behavior with a double minor in Sustainability and French. He is interested in environmental management strategies and how nations respond to environmental hazards.
Brian was born and raised in central New Jersey. He enjoys mountains and recreation at spectacular heights such as biking, yoga, snowboarding and camping.
Erika DaniErika Dani is a master's candidate in the City and Regional Planning program at the Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, where she studies planning, housing, real estate, and historic preservation. She obtained her bachelor's degree in Global Studies from the University of Minnesota, where her focus was human migration within and out of the Horn of Africa. She also has a bachelor's degree in German from the University of Minnesota.
Erika enjoys hiking, biking, tea, reading, traveling, and pet rescue. She is excited to be a part of the Rutgers Climate Institute team over the summer and for the 2014-2015 school year. She will also serve as a Fellow at the Eagleton Institute of Politics during this time.
Rahul D. Ghosal is a fourth-year undergraduate student at the Rutgers School of Environmental and Biological Sciences, majoring in Environmental Science with a double minor in Japanese and Philosophy. As a member of the National Society for Leadership and Success and the Vice-President of the Rutgers Japanese Conversation Club, he seeks to implement his leadership skills in addressing global climate change in the future. Currently, he interns as a George H. Cook Scholar at the Rutgers Climate Institute, researching climate justice as it pertains to the Caribbean region.
Elizabeth (Dede) Murray is an undergraduate student at the Bloustein School and Rutgers Business School studying Planning and Public Policy and Business Administration. She is interested in renewable energy and the institution of sustainable energy practices into public and private infrastructure. She is proud to be from New Jersey, a state that is a leader in solar power integration. She enjoys bike riding, animals, snowboarding, writing poetry, and spending time outdoors.
